The Joys of Aging

Have you ever noticed that when we are young we always say, I can't wait till I am older. When we are older we say we recant and say I wish I was young again?

IF you are like me, you remember where you were and what you were doing on the day the earth stood still.

I remember this once people found out it was an attack, for just one short minute the entire county was together, and we all swore we would never forget.

Guess what? The all mighty political gods want you to forget. Thats pretty clear.

I guess and after seeing news articles about how the interest in first responder services has declined, as so many fire halls are hurting for membership, It makes me wonder if 9/11 was happening today, how many more people would die. I am betting the death toll would be a lot higher today.

Perhaps I am wrong, but this problem was shared with me years ago, and I offered a take and a hopeful solution. It was blown off and I simply want to point out something. If The Big Mac, The Whopper, Dell, Microsoft, Canon, Sony, or a multitude of other companies failed to advertise their products, services, or in this case cause, do you think they would be staples in today's world? These companies are huge, and in today,s world and the shift in trends on simply how things get done or put out to consumers, does it not make sense to put your product or cause out there to generate interest or a buzz.

Some old timers thought they knew best. I am here to tell you. They were wrong.  THE HEROTHE HERO 9/11 Never Forget The Heros of 9/11 NEVER FORGET

Stay Safe, even if we forget.

See Yourself in a New Light With Professional Portrait Photography

Professional portrait photography can be an incredible tool to boost self-confidence and help you appreciate the unique qualities that make you who you are. With the right photographer, portraiture photography can also help you capture special moments in your life and allow you to celebrate an accomplishment. Whether you want to dedicate a milestone to film or showcase your talents, a professional photographer can help you do it with style. In this blog post courtesy of Michael Sargent Visuals, we'll take a look at why professional portraits are so beneficial.

Elevate Your Self-Esteem

Having a professional photographer take your portrait can be a confidence-boosting experience. Seeing yourself through someone else's lens can reveal sides of yourself that you may not have noticed before, and highlight your unique beauty. It's a great way to celebrate your individuality.

Capture a Moment in Your Life

Professional portraiture photography allows you to capture special moments in your life that may otherwise go unseen or forgotten over time. It gives you the opportunity to reflect on memories and celebrate milestones such as graduations, anniversaries, or engagement photos with loved ones. Photos taken during these special occasions will allow you to relive them time and again far into the future.

Use Your Photo Session For Personal Exploration

A professional portrait photoshoot also provides an excellent creative outlet for personal exploration and expression—something many people lack in their everyday lives. This type of photography allows individuals to explore different sides of themselves that they may not be able to express through other means, such as makeup or clothing choices. With this creative freedom comes a greater appreciation for what makes you unique and beautiful.

Use Adobe Express To Create A Variety Of Creative Projects

Adobe Express is an excellent tool for creating personalized crafts and keepsakes using your photos. With Adobe Express, users have access to easy-to-use editing tools like filters, frames, text boxes, and stickers. Whether you want to make a photo card or an event invitation, you don't need design experience to create something great. Here are a few ideas to help you get started:

  • Make a stunning photo card to send out to friends or family. This is perfect for milestone events, such as a graduation or the birth of a baby. Adobe’s tools make the process super quick and easy.
  • You can make a fun thank-you card, holiday card, or greeting card using your photos. This is easy to do with Adobe’s free tools. Just choose the template you like and pick a photo that goes well with the layout.
  • You don’t need design skills to create a gorgeous desktop wallpaper. Adobe makes it fast and easy! Choose your colors and customize the wallpaper with different fonts or icons.
  • Senior portraits are perfect for graduation invitations! Add a great shot from your photo shoot to your favorite template, then add the graduation info so everyone can celebrate the big day. You can send the final version via email, share it on social media, or print it out.

Professional portraiture photography offers many benefits beyond simply capturing memories; it also gives individuals the chance to explore themselves creatively and foster self-appreciation. No matter what your goals are, an expert can help you create a stunning final image that you can look back on for years to come. And with a pro, you can rest assured that your photos will be of high quality, meaning they can be printed or shared online without degrading.

Banging out the Content

March 26, 2023  •  Leave a Comment

I am not sure how people view content, and I would assume that most people who do view content will view specific content that interests them.

This is also known as a niche. The world niche is something I have never really liked, and this is my opinion only, but it's a stupid word, but its relevancy in the content creation world means everything. A simple example is why you are on this website. Is it because you are interested in photography or is it because you may know me personally and like to follow or troll my exploits in photography and content creation? Either way you are here reading this, and that very fact is why even I must accept the word niche.

In regarding creation, it will always fall into the subjective aspect, much as photography does. An example, I see a ton of photographers around and when one catches my eye, and I do decide to check out what they do, I will form an opinion of that work and the photographer and thus we see things as subjective.

I know a ton of successful photographers and it's my opinion the work is pure crap. Once again, it's 'subjective' and you form an opinion based on the subjectivity of the content that is produced.  I think the biggest thing I see these days is some photographers like to post on social platforms and it happens whenever they do a portrait session, they like to post that their content is published. Having another social account share your work or mention your work is different from being published in a major publishing house or nationally recognized publication. This is what we call Imposter syndrome, and it is quite common among millennials or new photographers who are trying to make a name for themselves.

The fact is, it's a bad look, and despite any natural talent you have, one's character comes into strong question when you do this on a repetitive basis.

With all this being said,

Here is some content.

If you do view this content, you also will have the right to form an opinion. It either sucks or its pretty cool.
